Job Description & Requirements

The family are currently hiring a daytime nanny to care for one of the children (6 months old boy) in Paradise Island (Nassau, Bahamas), from October 5 through December 1.

They are looking for someone highly experienced with infants and, importantly, has a calm, grounded and easygoing demeanor. The right personality fit is particularly important to the family.

The key terms are:

  • Dates: October 5 – December 1 – must be available for the full duration 
  • Role: Daytime nanny for one infant – 6 months old
  • Accommodation: A private apartment will be provided for the duration of the assignment if the candidate is not living in The Bahamas
  • Hiring Type: Independent contractor
  • Hours: 40 hours per week 5 days on and 2 days off. 
  • Long-term potential: There is a possibility that the role could develop into a longer-term position if the arrangement works well for both sides, but it’s not expected.
