Job Description & Requirements

This family is seeking someone for overnight support for their 8-month-old daughter …she’s exclusively breastfed and they are going through a bit of a rough patch with her sleep, so would love some help on an ongoing basis until things settle into a better rhythm. Someone who is nurturing, kind, attachment focused and motherly. As mentioned, she is aware that Babies at this age develop stranger danger and so would want the chosen candidate to come for some days shifts to begin so that everyone feels comfortable and the Nanny can help with sleep and routines. They do not want to do the cry it out method or sleep training. They have no pets and they have a 2.5 year old in the home. They have visitor parking
