These first-time parents are seeking overnight support in February 2027. Dad works early mornings and needs to protect his sleep while staying involved when awake. Mom is a light sleeper, and wants a calm, reassuring presence to help her transition into motherhood. Their ideal candidate is someone experienced who is gentle, warm, patient, naturally nurturing, with a good sense of humor and cultural sensitivity. The family is looking for someone who can gently educate first-time parents through modelling everyday care (feeding, soothing, diapering, bathing, settling). Excellent communication, dependability, trustworthiness, and respect for professional boundaries are essential. No baby laundry or additional household duties, as doing laundry overnight would disturb mom’s sleep. The family speaks English, French, and Mandarin at home. Household allergies include cats. There is a dog at home, occasionally excited standard poodle. Driveway parking is available.
