This includes identity checks, police & background checks, minimum of three reference checks, qualification verification, in person interviews and finally a full day orientation prior to joining the team.

First time mom from Mississauga. The short class provided by Steven was exactly what I was looking for! As a mom of a 7.5 month old baby who had quickly moved from purées to finger food -my baby doesn’t like to be spoon fed!-, the information received in this class was what I needed to feel more comfortable and prepared with my baby eating finger foods. Steven has brought professionalism to the class, as well as experience by providing several examples of real life and experiences with CPR. Moreover, the information received in this class was not only pertinent to babies and children, but also to adults. Lastly, I appreciated being able to CPR and other techniques on dummies, as well as with my class partner. I would definitely recommend this class.
