Job Description & Requirements
This family is expecting their first baby in August. They are seeking 2 to 3 nights a week from someone who has experience with newborns of 0 to 3 months. You must be experienced in working overnights. You are gentle, reliable, and responsible. You are also CPR certified. You will take care of the baby overnight with the usual duties of feeding, burping, diapering, soothing etc. They would also like you to be aware of milk storage guidelines as they will either have formula or expressed breastmilk for you to feed baby with overnight. They would like help establishing baby’s sleep routine. Help with baby related duties would also be required – bottle washing, pump washing, keeping changing area clean and tidy etc. Just the standard night nanny duties overnight. There are Pets – one cat, a black domestic shorthair cat. Free visitor parking available.
The client’s mom will be visiting, and they are trying to find her accommodation, but should she be in the home there will be no spare room for you. They will only be able to provide you with a chair or sofa to rest on, there will be no bed provided.
