Roles We Offer

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sole charge of newborn baby or babies
  • Support for the new mother and family in their own home
  • Settling and soothing baby
  • Assist and support breastfeeding and/or pumping
  • Clean and sterilize pumping and feeding equipment
  • Prepare formula and/or storage of breast milk
  • Diaper, bathe, burp and swaddle baby/babies
  • Baby laundry
  • Restocking and tidying the nursery
  • Ability to lead and also take direction from family

  • Support for the new family in their own home
  • Sole charge of newborn baby or babies (newborn to 6 months)
  • Assist and support breastfeeding and/or pumping
  • Clean and sterilize pumping and feeding equipment
  • Prepare formula and/or storage of breast milk
  • Diaper, bathe, burp and swaddle baby
  • Maintain a safe sleep environment
  • Create age appropriate feeding/sleep schedules
  • Provide emotional and physical support for the new parents
  • Provide hydration and small snacks as required for the new parent.

Similar to our night support we also have increasing demand to support families during the daytime.

  • Support for the new family in their own home
  • Sole charge of newborn baby or babies, if parents want to leave home for errands.
  • Assist and support breastfeeding and/or pumping
