Job Description & Requirements
This family is expecting their first baby in August. They are seeking 2 to 3 days a week . They are first-time parents looking for a warm, calm, experienced, and reliable newborn care specialist who can help guide them through the early newborn stage with confidence and support. They value someone who is nurturing, patient, communicative, and proactive, while also respectful of our parenting preferences and home environment.
Ideally, the candidate has strong newborn experience, including feeding support, sleep routines, soothing techniques, diapering, and general newborn care, and can also help educate them as new parents. We would appreciate someone who is organized, safety-conscious, emotionally supportive, and comfortable adapting to changing needs during the postpartum period.
Light baby-related household support (such as bottle washing, baby laundry, and keeping nursery areas tidy) would be appreciated. They are hoping to find someone who feels like a trusted and calming presence in their home during this important transition.
There are no pets. Free street parking available.
The family will be staying at their parents’ house in Mississauga for the early postpartum period so this is the grandparents house who will also be present in the house.
