Job Description & Requirements

These first-time parents are looking to hire a night nanny. Their preference would be for an RN or RNA for insurance purposes.  They are both warm, friendly, and outgoing people, and are looking for someone with a similar personality. Someone kind, communicative and confident in their abilities. They are both in senior roles at work and have gotten there through consistency, conscientiousness, and a strong attention to detail, and they are looking for a night nanny who brings the same level of care and professionalism to their work.

They don’t have family nearby, so this role is especially important to them. They’re looking for someone they can fully trust – someone who is experienced with newborns, proactive in anticipating needs, and respectful of their preferences as new parents, while also offering guidance and reassurance when needed. If possible, they would love help with baby laundry and (if there is time and depending on the temperament of the baby) they would love help with some light meal prep if possible. They currently live in a beautiful but smaller condo, as they are moving to Australia later in 2026 to be closer to family. They don’t have a nursery, given that they are in a transitional period and plan to have the baby’s crib in the living room (which has a very cozy couch!)  No other children or pets.
